SetFlow (“the App”) is an application developed by Designed2Use for iOS & Android. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how the App handles your data.
The short version: the App stores all of your data locally on your device and does not upload it anywhere. We have no servers that receive your data, and we cannot see anything you enter into or generate within the App.
Data Collection
The App may collect or store the following information, all of it entered by you or generated locally on your device:
- Workout Logs
- App preferences and settings
The App does not require an account, and does not ask for or collect any login credentials, email address, or contact details.
Data Storage
All data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal data on external servers. Your data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to export or share it yourself (for example, through your device’s standard share or backup features).
Third-Party Services
The App does not:
- Use analytics or usage-tracking services
- Contain advertising or share data with advertisers
- Sell or rent your personal information
- Transmit your data to any third party
Data Retention
Your data remains on your device until you:
- Delete individual items within the App
- Clear the App’s data through your device settings
- Delete the App from your device
Removing the App removes the data it holds. We retain nothing, because we never received it.
Children’s Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. As the App does not transmit any data to us, no personal information from any user — child or adult — is ever sent to or held by us.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Designed2Use from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or your violation of these terms.
Termination
We reserve the right to discontinue the App, or to terminate or suspend access to it, at any time, without notice, for any reason.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
