Health & Fitness Data
The App collects the following data during workouts:
- Heart rate readings from your Bluetooth heart rate monitor
- Workout duration, type, and timestamps
- Calculated metrics (calories burned, zone time, averages)

- Gender
- Resting heart rate
- Maximum heart rate
Data Storage
All data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal or health data on external servers. Your data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to export it.
Apple Health Integration
With your permission, the App can:
- Read your resting heart rate from Apple Health to improve zone calculations
- Write completed workouts to Apple Health
This integration is optional and requires your explicit consent. Data shared with Apple Health is governed by Apple’s privacy policy.
Third-Party Services
The App does not:
- Use analytics or tracking services
- Share data with advertisers
- Sell or rent your personal information
- Transmit data to third parties
Bluetooth
The App uses Bluetooth to connect to heart rate monitors. Bluetooth data is processed locally and is not transmitted externally.
Data Retention
Your data remains on your device until you:
- Delete individual workouts within the App
- Delete the App from your device
Children’s Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

- Heart rate data and calculations are estimates and may not be accurate
- Do not use this App to diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical condition

- If you experience chest pain, dizziness, or other symptoms during exercise, stop immediately and seek medical attention
- The calorie calculations are estimates based on general formulas and may vary from actual energy expenditure
User Responsibilities

- Use the App at your own risk
- Ensure you are physically fit to exercise before using the App
- Use compatible Bluetooth heart rate monitors as intended by their manufacturers
- Provide accurate information when setting up your profile
Intellectual Property
The App and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Designed2Use and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
